About me

Meet the Pie Dragon

In a past life, I worked in cybersecurity, guarding networks and firewalls. Today, I guard something much more delicious: the integrity of a perfect, golden crust.

I’ve always approached baking with the same precision I used in tech. Baking is science, after all. But it’s also magic. Based here in my Georgia stronghold (my kitchen), I trade code for flour, butter, and locally sourced fruit to create something legendary.

As a mom to two daughters (my own little dragonlings) and a fan of epic fantasy, I built The Pie Dragon on a simple philosophy: Good pie is a treasure worth hunting for. Whether you’re here for a full-sized feast or a pocketful of Dragon Coins, you’re getting scratch-made quality that I’m proud to put my name on.
